QA & Test Automation

More code ships faster now. Testing has to keep pace.

We use AI to draft test cases and automation, run UI, API, performance and security tests in your CI pipeline, and keep experienced testers on the parts machines miss.

Why AI-assisted development needs stronger QA

When developers use AI coding tools, more code reaches review every week. Some of it contains errors that look correct at a glance: an edge case skipped, a permission check missing, a library call that does not exist. Manual testing alone cannot keep up with that volume.

Our approach is to automate the repeatable checks so they run on every change, use AI to widen test coverage quickly, and spend human time where judgement matters: new features, unusual user behaviour and anything involving money, personal data or AI output.

What we test

  • UI automation

End-to-end tests of real user journeys in the browser and on mobile, such as sign-up, checkout and approvals.

  • API testing

Contract, functional and negative tests for every endpoint, including authentication, validation and error responses.

  • Visual regression

Screenshot comparisons that catch broken layouts, missing elements and right-to-left issues before users see them.

  • Performance

Load and stress tests that show how your app behaves at expected and peak traffic, and where it slows down.

  • Security

Checks for common web vulnerabilities, broken access control, exposed secrets and outdated dependencies.

  • AI features

Evaluations and guardrail tests for chatbots, search and document extraction, so AI answers stay accurate and safe.

Testing AI features

An AI feature can give a different answer to the same question, so pass or fail checks are not enough. We build evaluation sets from real questions and documents, score answers for accuracy and relevance, and track those scores with every prompt or model change.

We also test guardrails: whether the assistant refuses requests outside its scope, resists prompt injection, never reveals another user's data, and hands over to a person when it is unsure. Results are reported in plain terms so product owners can decide whether a change is ready.

Tools we work with

  • Playwright

    • Fast, reliable browser tests across Chromium, Firefox and WebKit
    • Built-in screenshots for visual checks
  • Selenium

    • Existing test suites and wide browser coverage
  • Postman

    • API collections, contract tests and monitors
  • GitHub Actions + Azure DevOps

    • Tests run on every pull request and before each release

Assess

We review your app, current tests, release process and defect history to find where bugs reach users.

Where people still test better than tools

Automation confirms that known paths still work. Exploratory testing finds the problems nobody wrote a test for.

  • First use of a new feature, from a real user's point of view
  • Confusing wording, flows and error messages
  • Payments, refunds and other money-handling paths
  • Accessibility with keyboard and screen readers
  • Urdu and Arabic layouts and translations
  • AI answers that are technically valid but unhelpful

QA and test automation questions

Still have questions?

Talk to a business developer directly. We usually reply within an hour during working hours.

AI can draft many test cases and much of the automation code quickly, but it also produces tests that check the wrong thing or pass for the wrong reason. Our QA engineers review every generated test before it joins the suite.

Releases feel risky?

Tell us about your app and how you test today. We will suggest where automation will help first.
