UI/UX & Product Design

Interfaces for web apps, SaaS and mobile apps, designed around how people actually work. AI speeds up research and prototyping; our designers own the flows, the details and the usability.

From idea to clickable prototype in days

Product design used to spend weeks on interviews, notes and first wireframes before anyone could click anything. Now AI transcribes interviews, groups feedback into themes and drafts first-pass screens, so you can hold a working prototype in the first week.

Speed only matters if the product is right. Our designers decide which problems to solve first, how each flow should behave, and what to leave out. They test with real users before development starts, which is still the cheapest moment to change your mind.

What we design

One team for the web app, the mobile app and the AI features inside them.

  • Web apps and SaaS

Dashboards, admin panels, portals and multi-role platforms where people spend hours a day, designed for clear data and fewer clicks.

  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android

Native-feeling apps that follow Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design, with offline, empty and error states covered.

  • Design systems

Components, tokens and usage rules in Figma that match your code, so web and mobile stay consistent as the product grows.

  • AI feature design

Chat interfaces, smart suggestions and automations designed so users understand what the AI did, how sure it is and how to correct it.

  • UX audits

A review of your existing product against analytics, heuristics and accessibility, with a ranked list of fixes and redesigned screens.

  • Usability testing

Moderated and remote tests on prototypes or live products, with findings tied to specific screens and clear recommendations.

How we work

AI shortens the research and drafting at each stage. Designers make every product decision.

Discovery and research synthesis

We interview stakeholders and users and gather your support tickets, reviews and analytics. AI summarises and clusters this material; designers turn it into personas, jobs to be done and a short list of problems worth solving.

Designing AI features people trust

More products now include an AI assistant or automation. How it is presented decides whether people use it.

  • Chat and prompt interfaces with suggested starting points, not an empty box
  • Clear signals of uncertainty, with sources or reasons shown where possible
  • Streaming, loading, timeout and failure states designed, not left to chance
  • Human review steps before AI actions that send, pay, delete or publish
  • Easy ways to edit, undo, retry and give feedback on AI output
  • Labels that show which content was generated and which was written by a person

Mobile apps that feel at home on each platform

iPhone and Android users expect different navigation, gestures and controls. We design one product with platform-specific details: tab bars and swipe-back on iOS, Material components and system back on Android, safe areas, dark mode and dynamic text sizes on both.

Our mobile design work includes Vaseela, a food donation app, Outill, an app for finding skilled tradespeople by location, and the Android and iOS apps for the Colaraz talent platform and the Farsh furniture marketplace. Each was designed and built by our team.

UI/UX and product design questions

Still have questions?

Talk to a business developer directly. We usually reply within an hour during working hours.

For a focused product or a single feature, a clickable prototype is usually ready within days of the discovery session. Larger platforms are prototyped flow by flow, so you can test the most important journeys first.

Have a product to design or fix?

Tell us what you are building and who it is for. We will suggest a discovery plan and the fastest route to a prototype you can test.
